Company’s Introduction ; The National Engineering Services Pakistan NES, is a Pakistan-based multinational state-owned enterprise and an energy contractor which provides consulting, construction, engineering, and management services globally. It is one of the largest engineering consultant management companies in Africa and Asia.
Company Secretory :
- The candidate can be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants, corporate or chartered secretaries or being a Law graduate from a university recognized by the HEC Higher Education Commission with at least 05 years of Post-qualification relevant experience.
Responsibility :
- The candidate is responsible for ensuring that Board procedures are followed, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations and other relevant statements of best practice are concerned with.
- The candidate responsible for liaison with the ministries, assembling meetings( Producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions etc.) and providing support to committees constituted by the Board of Directors.
Experience :
- The Candidates with experience in Consultancy firm will be preferred. The Maximum age limit for this Position is 45 years.
