Frequency Allocation Board (FAB) having its Head Office at Islamabad intends to hire the services of an energetic and competent Medical Consultant (on Contract) to provide medical consultancy/ service for the organization across Pakistan.

Qualifications :
- MBBS Qualified from a reputed institution or university (PMC recognized).
Persons having at least 10 years’ experience in relevant field will be preferred if other conditions are equal. - Valid registration with Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
Experience:
- At least 10 years post qualification hospitals experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates having FCPS/MCPS degree in family medical MSPH or equivalent and working experience of Government Hospitals. (In case of FCPS, 2years’experience is required whereas in case of MCPS/MSPH, 4 years’ experience is required.
Jobs Descriptions :
- Advise FAB management/ Medical Committee on health related issues.
- Ensure judicious and unbiased provision of medical to all employees of FAB as per departmental rules.
- Providing Medical consultation to the organization’s employees/ dependents and refer them accordingly to the hospitals/ Labs etc as and when required.
- Visit hospitals/ medical center/ druggists in case of emergency even on Sunday/ Holidays.
- Liaison with panel Hospitals/ medical centers etc. for the provision of smooth services.
- Processing medical bills etc. of panel hospitals/ doctors/ druggists etc. every month at Headquarters.
- Arrange seminars/ Health Education programs for the organization’s employees.
- Keeping the Organization Head informed about health related matters from time to time.
- Taking all preventive measures (including vaccination) for prevention of disease in the department.
