Job Summary/ Major Responsibilities :
- Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of area on monthly basis.
- Achievement of Total Deposit Targets of Areas/ Account Opening on monthly basis by meeting high net worth individuals and
- corporate customers in the Areas and ensure continuous relationship Deeping exercise at area branches with existing customers.
- Constant tapping of target market and introduction of the bank to potential customers.
- Achievement of all business KPIs as per balanced scorecard.
- Follow up with staff of area branches for achievement of individual assigned targets.
Qualification :
Minimum Bachior’s Degree from a HEC recognized Local/ Foreign University.
Preference will be given to Master Degree holders.
Experience :
Minimum 07 years of Banking experience.
Age Limit :
Up to 55 years as July 21,2023.
